The Process
Step 1: Consultation
To start the process our team schedules a phone call with the family to further discuss their childcare needs. This helps us better understand the family and what they are looking for in a childcare provider. Once this is completed, our team will construct a client profile.
Step 2: Interviewing
Once the client profile is complete, our team will begin searching for the perfect fit for all your needs! We will send you a list of our pre screened nannies that best match your requirements. As we find candidates that are a good match with your needs, we will send you their profile to review. Once we have found candidates you are interested in, we will set up an interview to connect the two of you!
Step 3: trail
At North Nashville Nanny Agency we highly suggest that when you think you have found the perfect fit for you family you allow a working interview. This can span from just a few hours to a full work day. This is a time where you will see how the nanny works within your home and you can show her how to perform different tasks/ duties as you would expect them to be done. Once the working interview is completed and you are sure they are the perfect candidate, we will work together to create a contract and get payment set up!
Step 4: Hiring
Our team will work with you to draft an offer letter to send to the nanny and also a formal contract. This will include an understanding of duties, PTO, insurance (if provided), paid holidays, etc. Once both parties have agreed to the contract, we will confirm payment and a start date. We will provide support throughout the entirety of your relationship together!
